Annual Giving The Annual Fund helps Mater Dei close the gap between the tuition our students pay to attend the school and the real "per pupil" cost to educate our students. It is the foundation of all giving at Mater Dei, and your contribution makes a critical difference to the school. You determine how you would like your gift to be used by designating how the school should apply it. Specific school uses of donor gifts include: Athletics, Academics, Capital Improvements, Endowments, Facilities, Technology, Track Renovation, Tuition Assistance and Mater Dei Angel Fund Scholarships. An " Unrestricted Gift" enables Mater Dei to use your contribution in the areas of greatest need. Last year Mater Dei Alumni, Parents, Friends and Supporters donated more than $300,000 to Mater Dei.
