Mater Dei Application Deadline November 10, 2008 Please complete and submit the following application materials to the Admissions Office as soon as you decide that you want to attend Mater Dei:

Transcript Release Form: This form gives Mater Dei permission to request copies of your grade school records for 6th, 7th and 8th grade. It should be completed, signed by your parent / guardian, and sent to Mater Dei with your application.
Catholic High School Placement Test November 15, 2008 In order to be considered for admission to Mater Dei, you must take this placement test and you must have an application on file at Mater Dei prior to the test date.
The placement test is given at several locations throughout Monmouth County, including Mater Dei High School, at 8:00 a.m. on November 15, 2008. Students planning on attending Catholic High School may take this test at any location approved by the Diocese of Trenton. This test is used primarily to determine freshman year course level placement for the incoming student.
Please plan to take the test at Mater Dei and indicate Mater Dei High School as your first choice when you register for the test. Please note that admissions preference is given to students who test at Mater Dei.
Admission Decision Notification Mailed January 2009 The Mater Dei High School Admissions Committee will send announce Mater Dei’s Class of 2012 acceptances in January 2008 for those applications received by the November 9, 2007 application deadline.
Applications received after the November 9 deadline will be treated as late applications and will be processed on a “space available” basis. Late acceptances will be announced after March 1, 2008.
Financial Aid Filing Deadline February 20, 2009 Limited financial aid is available only for students who have registered at Mater Dei. To request a Financial Aid Application package, please call Mrs. Senatore in the Mater Dei Tuition Office at 732-671-9100, extension 15.
Financial Aid awards are based solely on financial need, as determined by the Tuition Analysis Data Service (TADS).
